    Contenidos periodísticos digitales: hacia un modelo de medición de Calidad

    This article presents the outcomes of the implementation of the Model of Quality Digital Con- tent, developed by the Mass Media Observatory at Universidad de Los Hemisferios. The study analyzed news published in the on-line versions of four newspapers: El Universo, El Telégrafo, El Comercio and El Tiempo de Cuenca, and assessed contents about the President of Ecuador, the World Cup and robbery. This is a quantitative study that measures the levels of journalistic quality, based on five variables:news agenda, depth in the managing of informa- tion, diversity of journalistic genders, multimedia and interactivity.
