Abstract
The purpose of this article is to evaluate, based on project programming, how project managers plan, program, execute and evaluate this complex work going through critical situations, typical of external factors, so it is important to provide an adequate basis for carry out the different phases in the administration and management of projects, however, for the purposes of this study, the service provided by technological development companies is exposed. It is important to take into account several objectives, such as not exceeding the assigned budget, generating resource savings, taking financial control to meet user requirements. The methodology used is based on the PERT-CPM, generating a review of the fundamental definitions of projects with the proposal of a work structure and standard activities in the analysis, documentation, execution and control of this process. With the allocation of times the critical path is determined. The result obtained allows to elaborate the Gantt diagram and obtain the probabilities of being able to achieve what was planned, with which it is concluded that the distribution of the duration time follows a normal probabilistic curve for the implementation.
