| dc.description.abstract | The paper focuses on the credibility of media and journalists between 2009 and 2013, by the collection of the results of a national survey, which shows that credibility rates, generally, have improved in media; but it also notes that certain journalists have lowered their credibility. The political scenario is what determines, to some extent, credibility, where media-government tension prevails, along with the criticism given by sectors of citizens regarding the quality of the information. Clearly, the media, resulting from its current position, has to improve their information strategies. | en_US |
