| dc.description.abstract | The paper demonstrates the current need to anchor legal knowledge in realistic juridical metaphysics, a work not yet realized. After explaining what metaphysics is and is not (Chapter I), the aforementioned need is justified showing the advantages and disadvantages of basing the science of law and rights on the founda- tion of a metaphysics of being (Chapter II), to then demonstrate that even though partial studies exist, to date there has been no systematic, integral study of the topic. (Chapter III). Testifying to this absence, three guidelines for the integral development of realistic juridical metaphysics are outlined (Chapter IV). | en_US |
